Now when our hearts were depressed, and we were about to turn back, behold, the Lord comforted us, and said: Go amongst thy brethren, the Lamanites, and bear with patience thine afflictions, and I will give unto you success (Alma 26:27).

Enfoque de Zona Meeting

Another week in Vic and it has rained for most of the past week, like a downpour. It has been tough to walk around with a downpour, but we managed to see some people despite the circumstances jaja.

So a couple of miracles happened last week as well, such as on Tuesday, we just left our piso (apartment) to go and visit some people. We live near Plaza Mayor and as we were crossing the street to leave it, this huge man stops us and says hello to us. We didn´t know what to do. We stopped and found out he is a member named Kenneth that moved here from Holland and has been looking for the church for the past few days but didn´t know where to find it. He even went to Barcelona on Sunday because he didn´t know where our church was (that is two hours of travel time one way!). So now we have a new member! And that same day, we were walking down the street and another man stopped us. He said he had been looking for the church for two months here because he moved here from Madrid and was taking the lessons there. He was about to be baptized until he moved, and now he has a fecha (date) for the 14th of June! So many miracles in one day!

We had enfoque de zona this week where we talked about the future of the mission for this month, and our zone leaders announced that after much thinking and prayer, the mission was going to get...2,000 new investigators for the month of June! Woooooo! We can do it!

We also did an intercambio (exchange) this week, where Elder Davidson from Granollers came to Vic. We had a good time. This was when it rained a lot and we had to travel to Barcelona quite a bit, but we were able to visit some people and help people progress in the Gospel.

I think that is about it. I would just like to say congratulations to my brother Harrison for graduating this Wednesday!!! He has been doing so awesome! I love him so much and I want him to know that I am so proud of him!

With another package from my abuelo and tía (grandfather and aunt) from Granada! Thanks for all the goodies!

Until next week! Take care!

Elder Sadler
