Last week in Logroño |
Hey everybody! First week in Tortosa
has gone by in a flash! It is crazy to see all the miracles that we are seeing
here, but every so often, people will run up to us and yell
"Elderes!!" People who have been looking for the church for a long
time and now that it is finally in Tortosa, they are so happy to see it
here!
This week has been a calm week, we
have a lot of investigators that are progressing, and this weekend we have a
baptism planned for José Antonio, un vasco, and everyone please pray for him
that he can accomplish all of his goals before the baptism and that he can be
baptized on the 14th!
This week at church we rent two
hours in a government building because we don´t have our own place yet, and
there were about 18 members there and I heard it was pretty good from what the
attendance was before! We had six investigators there, so about 25 people went!
The members here are really good, they have so much faith and love, and all
they want to do is grow.
I also received this past week a package from my home stake.
Messages from my home stake youth |
Anyway, the scripture for this week
is in Alma 46:21, right after when Moroni calls the people together. I love the
part where it says that they came running, showing that they were ready to
stand up for the Lord and for everything right. That is how we need to be on a
daily basis :)
And a special shout out to my
brother Harrison, who is turning 19 on the 13th of March!!! WHOOOAAAA Felicidades
buddy! I love you!!!
Finally here are some pictures from
Logroño that I meant to send last week!
We will talk next week, but in the
meantime, stay real! Love you al!
