Happy Easter everybody! Even though
this week is filled with chocolate and bunnies, remember what it is really
about, our Savior Jesus Christ and all that he did for us.
This week has been a little bit
slower than most. Most of the town´s people left to go on vacation, which
includes most of our investigators, so we have been left to street contact and
that hasn´t helped because it has been raining for the past few days!
But last Friday, the branch had the
activity of Comida Del Mundo (Foods of the World), in which people from the
branch (and we have a really diverse branch) brought food from their respective
countries. I made Patatas Andaluzas and people said they loved it!
And Sunday, all three of our recent
baptisms (the men) received the priesthood! We are growing so fast here!
Semana
Santa (Holly Week) in Vic doesn´t really exist. They had a cow festival that
you had to pay to see, but there were no processions here or anything L. I am sending a picture of a band that was playing
typical Catalan music and people dancing.
Mamá I did
get the card from you!!! Thank you so much!!! It was so cool, and I got Papa´s
letter as well AND the Relief Society letters!!!! So tell everyone thanks and
that I miss them all!
There is not much else to say,
except have fun this Easter and remember that the Lord is always on your side,
you just have to be on His.
Love
always!
