Hey everybody! First of all, my
cousin Mason got baptized this past weekend on the 31st of January! I am so
proud of him for taking that step and he is such a great example for me!
Congratulations Mason!!!!! Love you, buddy!
But this week has been a normal work
week. Nothing too exciting happened, we went to Vitoria on Wednesday for a Zone
Focus and we talked about how we can always find progressing investigators. We
will see how those plans work in our area in the near future. But things are
progressing here, we are contacting like animals and just trying to find
anybody we can and we have a lot of future candidates that can be progressing
very soon :) So we are really excited!
So interesting story, I guess. We
went to a pueblo called Haro with an hermano from the ward named Cantidio, we
love him. Well, he has a piso out there that was in bad shape so we went to
help him and it was really cold that day. And during medio día we are cleaning
and it started snowing! It was such a shock because up here they haven´t seen
snow for 10 years! We went back to Logroño and the next day there were cars
that had snow on top of them (we didn´t have time to take pictures of them) but
I made a snowball and threw it at my companion... first snowball thrown by a missionary
to his companion in Logroño in at least 10 years jaja!
But there isn´t anything else,
except for the scripture of the week! Alma 26:12. Ammon is talking here and he
is explaining how he cannot do anything without the Lord. It helps me every day
to realize and remember that I need the Lord´s help in His work and that He has
promised that He will bless me. And something a little different. One thing
that has helped our district was this little video on Mormon Channel, part of a
talk Henry B. Eyring gave and buah, it is chapó! I love it! And I know all of
you will too!
Oh and one more thing, we are going to
Bilbao next week to see the movie “Meet the Mormons”, we are so excited!!!!
I love you all!!! Stay Safe! And we
will see you next week!
