A new week

Hey everybody, so here we are working and still looking for people. We finally have a baptismal date for someone on the 7th of June!! C. is a seventy year old woman from El Salvador who has been waiting quite a while to be baptized.

This past week, my new companion (Elder Biddle) and I went to Barcelona for a special conference with Elders Snow, Nielson, and Dikes. Elder Nielson is the church historian and he talked about how he gets to work with ALL of the church documents, even Joseph Smith´s personal diaries! So cool! Elder Snow talked with us about how we should have a vision for our area; what we want to leave behind for the members to remember us and what we want the future missionaries to do. And Elder Dikes discussed the importance of the work and how we can influence others for the better. Really great talks, I loved Elder Nielson´s talk most of all! 

But in Vic we are working hard. Since it is getting closer to summer, more people are leaving to go on vacation, so it is pretty hard to find people, but we are still trying. So we are thinking about working in some pueblos soon, but we shall see. And congratulations to the Granollers Elders in our district, Davidson and Contreras for having their third baptism in two weeks!!!
